Regular Rental Rates (weddings, receptions, birthdays, etc.):
$500 refundable deposit made at time of booking
$500 for a 10-hour block
$ 60 per hour (shorter stays, and for
additional hours after 10-hour block)
$1000 from Saturday 8am to Sunday 2am
Non-profit Rates (Pony Clubs, Homeowners Associations, etc.):
Non-profit groups must supply us with their 501c3 form.
$300 refundable deposit made at time of booking
$250 for a 10-hour block
$ 30 per hour (shorter stays, and for
additional hours after 10-hour block)
Fundraiser Events: $800 (must be approved by Judith Black)

Janitorial services may be available for $200.
Payment for rental hours is due the Friday prior to your event.
