Facility Rental


Black Diamond Community Center is available to rent!
With our new remodel, this is the place to be!
Our official capacity is 199 persons.
150 can be seated comfortably, or 120 if floor space is needed for dancing.

Regular Rental Rates (weddings, receptions, birthdays, etc.):

  • $500 refundable deposit processed on
    credit card at time of booking.
  • $500 for a 10-hour block
  • $ 60 per hour (shorter stays, and for
    additional hours after 10-hour block)
  • $1000 from Saturday 8am to Sunday 2am
  • Non-profit Rates (Pony Clubs, Homeowners Associations, etc.):

    Non-profit groups must supply us with their 501c3 form.
  • $500 refundable deposit made at time of booking
  • $300 for a 10-hour block
  • $ 35 per hour (shorter stays, and for
    additional hours after 10-hour block)
  • Fundraiser Events: $800 (must be approved by Judith Black)
  • Please call the center at 360-886-1011 to check availability of dates!
    Janitorial services may be available for $200 if the janitor is available on your night.
    Payment for rental hours is due the Friday prior to your event.
    When planning your event hours, you must include adequate time for

    set-up to start and clean-up at the end.
    We will arrange a time to meet you with the key, either at the
    start of or sometime before your event.
    A staff member will check on your rental afterward.
